Absolutely brilliant experience. Sophie was our agent who was extremely helpful in organizing the tour. The views from the top of the mountain were incredible I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

Honeymoon in Vietnam. We had an awesome & lovely time in Vietnam and Sophie from Bamboo Hat/ Travel triangle did a great job of locating/ hosting us at prime locations which helped us explore right tourist areas.Egg coffee and water puppet show was interesting and helped us get a dive into the Vietnamese culture. Phu Quoc's La mer was a beautiful resort which was a pleasure to our eyes.The people were quite sweet in general. We have pleasant memories to take back home.

Trip to Combodia and Vietnam through Bamboo hat tours Excellent tour operater Sophie I have visited 27 countries through various tour operators and in my experience Bamboo hat tours are the best.I undertake 9 days to Combodia and Vietnam from Feb 13th to 22 and Bamboo hat tours organised the hotels.airport transfers and daily tours in an excellent manner.I did not face any problem during the trip.The hotels booked are very good and their service and food are very good.The daily sight seeing tour was excellent and cover almost most of the important places.The airport pickup is prompt with out any delay.The follow up bt the co coordinator Miss Sophie follow up is excellent. She given follow up on every day basis informing the next day program.When one of my local trip was cancelled they immediately organised alternate flight without delay.Their service is excellent and love to continue with them.I strongly recommend them and you may depend on them.Their pricing also cheap and service is excellent

Best travel agency We, 3 families, consisting of 12 members, visited Vietnam from 8th to 15th Feb. We travelled to Hanoi, Ha Long bay, Da Nang & finally Ho Chi Minh, from where we returned to Mumbai via Kolkata. All arrangements were meticulously done by Ms Alice of Bamboo Hats. Amazing Experience It was a 15 day family trip with my parents and I must say I had lifetime experience. My family and I took a trip to Vietnam in November 2019 and I can positively say that it was THE best experiences of my life. First up, hats of to our tour operator, Trang aka Sophie. Her management, her efficiency, her responsiveness, everything was amazing. The way she planned the trip, every single bit of it was perfection personified. The way she handled everything, solved our queries so patiently, was heart warming. We had our doubts initially but I can proudly recommend Bamboo Hat Tours and especially Sophie to everyone who aspires to visit Vietnam in the future. It will be a fantastic experience. Oct 18, 2019 Vietnam, Laos and Thailand Tour. Oct 2019.Sophie was coordinating our tour. From the very beginning, she was very courteous and very responsive. She would answer all my questions with patience. The guides she arranged very extremely good. The trip was with my grandfather, so they took good care of him, and took the tour at our pace, so he didn't get very tired. The hotel arrangements were excellent. All the guides were before time, had excellent command of English, and most importantly very friendly and fun people. Special shout out to Thin, Our guide in Luang Prabang. He is an excellent photographer. Sophie constantly checked on us to make sure we were having a great time and that my grand father was relaxed.

Mar 11, 2019 Ours was 7 day trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. Our travel guide Sophie organised it brilliantly. Feb 19, 2019 For a couple who got to know each other on a random trip and later decided to get married and share their lives together till eternity, a post wedding trip was very important and awaited.
