Our driver will meet and greet you at the airport then take you to your accommodations in Hanoi to get over the jetlag. Enjoy a leisure evening on your own
7:45-8:30 AM: Picked up by our tour guide at your hotel at The Old Quarter, then depart for Ninh Binh city towards to the South of Hanoi. Have a short-break en route.
10:30 AM: Arrive in Hoa Lu, visit Hoa Lu - The Acient Capital and the remaining two temples dedicated to King Dinh & King Le.
11:30 AM: Go back to the bus, and then from here drive to Tam Coc grottoes (16km from Hoa Lu).
12:00 AM: Arrive Tam Coc wharf.
12:15 AM: Have a lavish buffet lunch at a local restaurant.
01:30 PM: Take an exciting sampan boat ride in Tam Coc grottoes (Halong on land).
03:30 PM: Proceed a cycling along country lane to enjoy the beautiful scenery of lush paddy fields and discover real countryside of Vietnam.
04:30 PM: Get on the shuttle bus to come back Hanoi.
07:00 PM: Arrive in Hanoi, go back to our hotel in The Old Quarter.

07h30: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi. Drive to Ha Long City through the green fields in the Red River Delta.
10h00: Stopover on the way for a refreshment break.
12h00: Embark at Ha Long wharf – Break and photography time
12h30: Boat Cruises on Halong, enjoy a welcoming drink and cruise briefing.
13h30: Have lunch while cruising in Bai Tu Long Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.
15h30: Transfer by tender to Thien Canh Son cave. Our tour guide will take you to a huge cave with many interesting stalactite and stalagmite in different amazing shapes …. After about half an hour visiting, you will go back to tender and return to the boat. Then return to cruise for your leisure or join sunbathing, enjoy swimming in the crystal clear water. Join with cooking class by our chef.
19h00: Vietnamese style set dinner is served on board.
21h00: Take some leisure time to enjoy chatting at the bar or enjoy some night fishing. Stay overnight on boat.
07h30: Have breakfast and enjoy sunrise on the bay.
The boat will make its way back to the port stopping at the Limestone Cave, full of stalagmites and stalactites V
10h30: Have lunch while cruising back through Ha Long Bay to the pier
11h30: Disembark at Ha long wharf, time to say goodbye to the crew.
16h00: Arrive in Hanoi.
Then,transferred to the airport for your flight to Hoi An.
7.30-8AM: After breafast, your English-speaking guide will meet you at the hotel and take you to a tour of the countryside and rivers around Hoi An. As you meander through the countryside you will experience the friendliness of the local people greeting you along the way.
After that, you will board the Hoi An Eco-tour boat for a river cruise to meet and engage with local fishermen. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing. You will also take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise.
In the afternoon, leisure time on your own exploring the ancient town or relaxing at the hotel.
You will have free time to explore Hanoi at your own pace
8AM: After breafast, the driver come to the hotel and pick you up for transfer to Hue.

Have breakfast at the hotel, have a free leisure time until there will be a private cab transfer you to the airport, and ready for the next flight to Ho Chi Minh, Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.
07:45 - 8.00: After breafast, start from Ho Chi Minh City and depart for Cu Chi Tunnels. Traveling to this destination will take you about 1.5 hours. Understand in advance a part of the Cu Chi’s history and hardships Vietnamese suffered in the past through an introductory video. This overview also shows you information about the process of making the tunnel system and the Vietnamese’s endurance.
When reaching Cu Chi Tunnels, begin discovering the permitted areas of the tunnel systems like living areas (bedrooms and kitchens) and martial facilities (storage, fiend hospitals, weapon factories, and command center). Crawling through tiny tunnels to explore the system is actually a great experience.
After the exploring, sip tangy tea and enjoy cassava – the main food of former Vietnamese guerillas. The final activity is to try your hand at the real shooting gun.
3.00PM: you are taken back to Ho Chi Minh City.
8.00 am, pick up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, depart for Mekong Delta tour southward Vietnam.
On arrival in Cai Be, set off for the Cai Be floating market by motorboats and watch the locals trading fruit and many other commodities on their vessels. Visit a small family business to see how coconut candy and crispy rice popcorn are made. Then wander in small villages, visit fruit plantations, accompanied by traditional southern Vietnamese folk music. Afterward, paddling through a series of small canals to experience the charm of the Upper Mekong Delta. Arrive in Tan Phong Island, the green pearl where you can enjoy yourself with nature.
Lunchtime is a good chance to get closer with the local and you will learn how to prepare special Vietnamese dishes. Food is cooked by yourself, and fresh river food is served in the heart of the garden. Cycle in the village path through orchards. Meet the local islanders to learn more about the local daily life in the Mekong Delta.
Take a boat ride back to Cai Be and meet your bus for the trip back to Ho Chi Minh City.
Relish a healthy breakfast on the final day of your trip. Complete the hotel check-out formalities after which you can visit the local markets and buy souvenirs for your loved ones. Later, proceed for departure and board your flight back home. Trip Ends

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
Payment Process
1. Deposit: In order to secure your spot for the tour, an amount of 100% internal-flight tickets and 10% of land service are required to pay (the amount vary based each on tour basis). The amount should be made via bank transfer or our online payment method.
2. After receiving the deposit of your tour, a voucher confirmation will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.
3. Final Payment: The balance of your tour will be made one month before the travel date. Payment by bank transfer or online payment is accepted.

1. Online payment by Credit Card with ONEPAY: We accept American Express, Visa card, MasterCard and JCB card since Bamboo Hat Tours is a verified member of OnePay System. Your card information will be protected during the transaction by using the security system with OnePay. Your invoice will be created when you confirmed the booking and send you the guideline to deposit your spot.

CANCELLATION
Bamboo Hat Tours must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:
1. 31 days and more before departure: 10% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
2. 15-30 days before departure: 30% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
3. 14 days and less before departure: 100% of the full payment.
4. No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment
CONDITION OF INSURANCE
1. Bamboo Hat Tours demands that all clients going on our trips hold proper personal medical insurance. If clients do not hold insurances and refuse to sign on before departure, Bamboo Hat Tours reserves the right not to carry out the trip.
