Day 1: Welcome Danang Airport - Hoi An

Upon arrival, please go to custom desk as your first point of entry into the country and present these documents for visa upon arrival( if any). After collect visa and luggage, Your private driver will meet and greet you at the airport. You will be escorted to the hotel by the private transportation. Day 2 Hoi An Sight Seeing and Lantern Making Class(B/L)

Along your stroll, stop off at the city's best cultural landmarks. Start with a wander through the Chua Ong Pagoda, a stunning Chinese-style structure built in 1653 to honour the Chinese general Quan Cong. Then, head onward to the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, famous for the Jinshang Temple dedicated to the goddess of the sea. Since the city's culture was linked closely with the sea - and the safety of merchant sailors that frequented its shores - this temple is one of the most historic and significant in the entire town. wandering onward to the 200-year old ancestral Tan Ky House and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge. Built by Japanese craftsman and doubling as a temple. Learn about how the bridge was constructed and how it become a major landmark in the city

In afternoon, Our local guide will meet you at your hotel and you will ride by bicycle to the home of a craftman in the old streets. Here you will have a brief introduction to the history, shape, and colour of the lanterns as well as stages of making them. You can make your own lantern and keep it as a souvenir.

Day 3: Cham Island Snokering Day Trip(B.L)

“Cham Island is located of the coast of Hoi An and is a beautiful and fun getaway. We will start the day at Cua Dai Beach to embark on a speed boat toCham Island. After a short 40 minute ride you will arrive at Cu Lao Cham, a large island that consists of several small islands about 25 nautical miles off the coast. The island has a plethora of beautiful coral reefs and stunning scenery along with about 3.000 residents living at Lang and Huong beaches. The living reef around Cham Island offers some of the best opportunities in Asia to see exotic fish in their natural habitat.”

Day 4: Cooking Class - Biking - Farm Doing at Hearb Vegetable Village(B/L) - Departure at Late Afternoon

Tra Que Village is a small yet important village located about 15 minutes out of the Hoi An Center. It provides organic vegetables for all of Hoi An and surrounding areas! What makes Tra Que Village special is how the vegetables are grown – this village uses no fertilizer or chemicals, but a particular algae that is only present in this area. As a result of this unique process, Tra Que offer over 20 vegetables that are renowned for their beautiful green color and their rich flavor!

 

On this tour:
To start off tour today, we will take a scenic bike ride out to a farm in the area – exercise is a great way to kickstart your day! Once we arrive, you will receive an introduction to the historical past of the village. In this short but informative lesson, you will learn about the cultivation process as well as the discovering of these vegetables use in traditional Vietnamese medicine.

Afterwards, it’s time for you to join the farmers! You will take a trip around the vegetable garden and assist in fertilising and preparing the land using seaweed from the local lake. Other farming activities include raking, sowing, picking greens and others depending on the day! After enjoying your time experiencing what farming at Tra Que is like, it will be time to prepare some authentic meals with a local family. You’ll get to enjoy local specialities like Tam Huu (spring rolls) and Banh Xeo (central Vietnams traditional pancake).  Finally, after enjoying your food we will return to Hoi An. This tour is special as it provides a glimpse into the normal lives of the Tra Que Village folk.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
Payment Process
1.    Deposit: In order to secure your spot for the tour, an amount of 100% internal-flight tickets and 10% of land service are required to pay (the amount vary based each on tour basis). The amount should be made via bank transfer or our online payment method.
2.    After receiving the deposit of your tour, a voucher confirmation will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.
3.    Final Payment: The balance of your tour will be made one month before the travel date. Payment by bank transfer or online payment is accepted.

CANCELLATION
Bamboo Hat Tours must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:
1.    31 days and more before departure: 10% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
2.    15-30 days before departure: 30% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
3.    14 days and less before departure: 100% of the full payment.
4.    No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment

CONDITION OF INSURANCE
1.    Bamboo Hat Tours demands that all clients going on our trips hold proper personal medical insurance. If clients do not hold insurances and refuse to sign on before departure, Bamboo Hat Tours reserves the right not to carry out the trip.
