VIETNAM IMPRESSION 11 DAYS/10 NIGHTS IN NHA TRANG.

Upon your arrival in the bustling Ho Chi Minh City, still called “Saigon” by many locals, your driver will welcomed you at the airport and then transfer you to your hotel . 
After check in room, take a rest after long flight. 
In the afternoon,you are free or  explore the city and shopping in Ben Thanh market. 
In the evening, enjoy your first nightlife with night bar and beer corner at Bui Vien street

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh

Today, we starting the trip by visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace - the Sai gon Governor’s Palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the famoust architect Ngo Viet Thu who won the First Grand Prize of Rome ( Grand Prix de Rome) in 1955. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars. 

Have lunch at local restaurant.    
Depart for Cu Chi tunnels, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served. 
Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun( tour not included this gun fee). 
Return to Saigon and the trip will be end at your hotel.

Today we take a flight to Danang. On arrival pick up and transfer to Hoi An. Afternoon, take a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200 - year old Tam Ky ancestral house, and the Japanese Bridge.

Tra Que, a little village located 3km north of Hoi An’s Old Town, is named after the sweetly scented vegetable. At Tra Que, farmers from many generations have grown the very tasty and fresh vegetables. The vegetables here have grown without being affected by any chemical. These vegetables not only make the Pho Hoi ‘s meals more sweet with different flavor but also make Hoi An specialties such as Cao Lau, Quang Noodle taste a lot better. With Cooking class at Tra Que village, you will feel peaceful when visiting the vegetables gardens, have a chance to ride a bike around Hoi an town to see the daily life and visit the local market. You will also have a chance to learn how to make tasty traditional dishes from vegetables.

TRA QUE VEGETABLE VILLAGE – HALF DAY COOKING CLASS
At 8:00 a.m or 14:00 p.m: Our Guide will meet you at the hotel’s lobby and start the tour.
We will ride bicycle to Hoi An’s colorful central market. Here you will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. So make sure your camera is handy.
We continue to cycle to Tra Que vegetable village where we will have a cooking class
At Tra Que, we will have a welcome drink for rest. Then, we walk through the vegetable gardens where local farmers work on their fields, using the traditional methods of hundreds of years ago, no electrical machinery here.
You will relax with Foot herbal massage 
After foot massage, it’s time to cook lunch. We will go to the restaurant & work together with the chef.  With the instructions of the chef, we will learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food.
After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.

Have breakfast at the hotel, have a free leisure time until there will be a private cab transfer you to the airport, and ready for the next flight to HANOI, Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Your expert English-speaking local guide will give you an insight into the intricacies and traditions of Vietnamese food culture including details on ingredients and historical backgrounds of popular northern dishes. We eat as we go, trying seasonal fruits and sampling a tasty French-inspired snack from a street cart. Walking through the maze of bustling streets that make up Hanoi’s Old Quarter, we tempt our taste buds with the famed Hanoi dish such as Bun Cha Hanoi, Banh Cuon at a local eatery. Watch in awe as the skilled chefs demonstrate for you how this tasty dish is put together. Continuing into the atmospheric heart of the Old Quarter, we wander past street stalls and quiet residential lanes where you can observe local life that has changed little since Hanoi was founded over 1000 years ago. Our next two snack stops are at outdoor barbecue stalls. We sit down with the Hanoi locals and sample various meat, vegetable and bread specialties that are flame grilled over hot coals for extra flavor.  It’s the time for dessert as we venture down a small alley to join in the local tradition of feasting on fresh fruit served in a cup and smothered with crushed ice and condensed milk – this specialty is one not to bemissed! 17.30 Your local guide will then take you to one of Hanoi’s best kept secrets, a hidden street food restaurant to taste top ten street foods in Hanoi is Banh My Hanoi, Vietnamese Rice Wine, and famous Egg Coffee. This hard-to-find cafe is one of the few left in the narrow street inside the old quarter of Hanoi. Or, if coffee is not your style, a cold beer awaits!. At the end of the trip you are free to continue exploring the area or your guide will assist you with directions or a taxi back to your hotel.

Overnight in Ha Noi.

Begin your day by a visit to the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum and hear about the man who led Vietnam’s campaign for independence from French colonial rule. After dedicating his life to the liberation of his country from foreign rule, Ho Chi Minh died in 1969 and his body was preserved for posterity. During the year, the mausoleum is closed for a month and Uncle Ho is given a bit of a spruce up! Then wander the grounds to see the One Pillar Pagoda and the Presidential Palace. Next, visit the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, the apex of regional political power for more than a millennium where research and excavation is still underway, and then head to another 11th century relic, the Temple of Literature, which was built in homage to the Chinese scholar Confucius. In the afternoon, visit the Ngoc Son temple set on a tiny island on the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake. You’ll hear how it got its name from a legend of an emperor, a magic sword and a giant turtle! Take a breezy cyclo ride through the Old Quarter’s 36 streets, named after the products that were sold from their shops. Today, vendors on Tin and Bamboo Streets still sell the same wares.

Overnight in Hanoi

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch

07h45: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi. Drive to Ha Long City through the green fields in the Red River Delta. • 10h00: Stopover on the way for a refreshment break. • 12h00: Embark at Ha Long wharf – Break and photography time • 12h30: Boat Cruises on Halong, enjoy a welcoming drink and cruise briefing. • 13h30: Have lunch while cruising in Bai Tu Long Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay. • 15h30: Transfer by tender to Thien Canh Son cave. Our tour guide will take you to a huge cave with many interesting stalactite and stalagmite in different amazing shapes …. After about half an hour visiting, you will go back to tender and return to the boat. Then return to cruise for your leisure or join sunbathing, enjoy swimming in the crystal clear water. Join with cooking class by our chef. • 19h00: Vietnamese style set dinner is served on board. • 21h00: Take some leisure time to enjoy chatting at the bar or enjoy some night fishing. Stay overnight on boat.

• 07h30: Have breakfast and enjoy sunrise on the bay. • 09h00: Visit ancient Vung Vieng floating village you are not only be immersed in the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, but also be surrounded by the rocky mountains by small bamboo boat for an hour in to the ancient village then return to cruise for relaxing and check out the room. • 10h30: Have lunch while cruising back through Ha Long Bay to the pier • 11h30: Disembark at Ha long wharf, time to say goodbye to the crew. • 12h00: Return from Ha Long to Hanoi. • 14h00: Stopover on the way for a refreshment break. • 16h00: Arrive in Hanoi. End of the trip. Note: in case of bad weather (the boat is not allowed to push off or not allowed to overnight in the sea), the Ha Long bay tour could be cancelled without notice. We will consider other replacement tour or refund based on the specific circumstances.
